SHKP Cycling Academy

Hosted by the Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China and sponsored by Sun Hung Kai Properties, the SHKP Cycling Academy was officially established in September 2018. The Academy provides systematic track cycling training to secondary school students to popularize cycling in schools and boost young people’s physical fitness and resilience, as well as to identify cycling talent and invite them to join the Hong Kong cycling elite training programme.

Secondary school students are offered the chance to receive track cycling equipment and professional cycling training, such as road safety, basic skills training, track cycling training and outreach activities, from former Hong Kong Cycling Team members and registered track cycling coaches from the Cycling Association. About 6,000 teachers and students have participated in the cycling promotion activities. Among over 600 students who have received track training from the Academy, over 200 students have obtained Track Pass. Please email to shkpca@gmail.com for more information.
